30-Day Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your purchase date. Subject to the criteria below, we will refund the full price of the product in question. Please note that original shipping, postage, and handling costs are non-refundable.

What We Cannot Cover
Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Yay Merch LLC cannot be held responsible for: 

  • Text Errors: Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical mistakes made by the customer.
  • Image Quality: Low-resolution, blurry, or inferior quality of user-uploaded artwork.
  • Design Layout: Placement, sizing, or design errors introduced by the customer during creation.
  • Order Selections: Incorrect choices in user-selected options like product type, color, or sizing.
