At Yay! Merch, we take pride in the quality of every item we produce. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final on Custom & Decorated Items. Because our products are custom-printed, embroidered, or laser engraved to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on decorated merchandise unless there is a verified production defect or error on our part.
Returns on Blank / Undecorated Items Unworn, unused, undecorated items in original condition and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received an item that is defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you'll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or decorated apparel, headwear, and drinkware
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after the 30-day window
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
